Pro-Arté Viola Long Scale Medium Tension

Pro-Arté synthetic core viola strings have a warm, mellow tone. They are less sensitive to humidity and temperature changes, and break in quickly. Pro-Arté strings are designed at a lower tension in order to maximize bow response, tonal blend and playability, making them exceptional for use in small group or combo settings. Works well with Piezo™ -style pickups. Sized to fit long-scale viola (body length 16-16 1/2 inches) with a playing length of 15 inches (380mm), medium tension strings are optimized to the needs of a majority of players. The J5802S silver wound D string and the J5804T tungsten wound C string are available as single strings only, and are not part of the J58 string set.
